The aim of this forum is to provide an online repository of papers and articles written by normal people who aren't necessarily researchers or specialists. As the collection grows, those people will gain exposure to their works and hopefully benefit from the comments and criticisms of others. Keep in mind that although this forum may seem slightly academic, any submission that conforms to the rules mentioned below will be allowed, regardless of the nature of its content.


Requirements

+The paper or article must be at least 400 words long. There is no maximum word count.
+Cross-referencing must be made where appropriate.
+The paper cannot contain any plagiarism, defined as using words from somebody else's work without proper acknowledgement.


Acceptable Content

There are no set rules for acceptable content. As such, nearly any written work will be accepted. Here are some examples of possible topics: Computer History, Artificial Intelligence, Electronics and Electricity, Sciences, Philosophy and Psychiatry.

The collection will also contain articles and columns. Examples of acceptable content: a critique of a social issue, which is what many movies and sitcoms try to address, a commentary on the rise or fall of a sports team or player, a step-by-step guide to building a computer, a tutorial on how to paint using watercolors.


Moderation Policy

All posts in this forum enter a moderation queue before they go public. This may well change in the future. Please note that posts will not be deleted if they contain negative comments or criticizms. The only criterion by which posts are judged is whether or not their content is positive and constructive.

Every submitted work is the copyright of its author and may not be reproduced without citing its full Internet address on CyberiaPC.com. Alternatively, anyone wishing to use all or part of an author's work may contact them privately and ask for authorization to do so.
