Hi all,

My problem is this:

Whenever I switch on my pc and enter my Windows's sign in Username and Password as normal a tab indicating an error just pops up four times and I have to click four times ok to remove it temporarily only because when I restart or sign in from the start again it will pop up again. Can anyone help me to remove it permanently please? I tried to show you how it looks by both the print screen facility is not letting me paste it on here and even the attachment stating is to big to be attached.

Hi,
What does the error message actually say?, you cannot paste a picture onto a website, you can only upload a picture, can you not paste it into your photo suite and reduce it to say 800x600, then upload it.

Hi,

For some reason it is not letting me to upload the file were I pasted the error picture tab so instead I am typing what it is written on it below. It says like this:

"Windows cannot find: 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\yuxyvmjhq\smss.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the Start button, and then click Search."

What you think?

ok. i just hijacked this post tounge.gif
if you have recently done some spyware/virus removal, then this most probably is a reference to the virus file which is now removed, so the reference is now invalid.

download this file. Open the file, click on "Do a system scan only". When finished scanning (takes 10 secs), try to find the exact match for "yuxyvmjhq\smss.exe'", mentioned in error message, check the box next to it and push "Fix checked".

Don't make assumptions, only find the exact file name match.
