personally i wouldnt like to be a vegtable but i dont think they should kill her. even if they had a very good reason to kill her they still shouldnt starve her to death. what do you think?

i just made a guestbook in php/mysql and made an admin page but it has no security at all. anyone can just access it and i dont know how to make a password thing. i need it to ask for a password, and then show the rest of the page if the password is entered right, could someone help me?

it all started about a month ago. i was viewing a web page when a little error popped up. it asked if i wanted to debug something so i pressed no. i didnt think much of it at first but every small error on every page it comes up and annoys me so much. does anyone know how i could get rid of this? i've posted a picture of the error, could anyone help me get rid of this very annoying error message?
