Inserting a Gallery RSS to website

I want to run an RSS feed off of my gallery. I want to insert the feed into a section on my website. The site is a .shtml page.... what line of coding would I need to place in the certain section to get the RSS feed working off of my gallery?

Adding Border (way outside) thumbnails

I would like to add a border as shown below. I would like it to be where the bright red borders are in the picture below, but I can't quite figure out how to get them there. Thanks for the help.

Title on top of thumbnails, views at the bottom

I would like for it to only show the Title and the number of views. How do I remove the others?

Adding a Line Break to the Navbar

My site is http://www.nflspot.com/wallgallery/index.php

I have a lot of links to place on the navbar, lots of links that go to the rest of my site, and they don't fit on one line.

I would like to break them up to where the sites links are on top, the place a line break, then have the default gallery links. I've tried and tried to insert a line break in there, but nothing seems to work.

Any ideas on how to do this?

I'd like it to be like this....

Thumbnails arent working....

Ive got 2 other zenith sites that work fine. But the one that I just installed (twice) doesnt seem to want to have thumbnails...

All the thumbnails appear blank, same as the actual picture file. The "medium" sized picture shows up though. I dont understand.

Any help with this would be appreciated.
