Ok I'm asking this for my girl...When she tries to logon to yahoo its telling her she is banned...She hasn't been doing anything...Is there anything else that could cause this..and is there any suggestions on how to get logged on in yahoo ty.

Ok...When I reboot or turn on my computer every single time it brings up the My Documents Folder...I tried msconfig, and the startup folder. I dunno what else to do. And it's annoying. Somebody please help me
