All the language files that were written by contributers are available here: http://cyberiapc.com/forums/index.php?showforum=44 There isn't a Turkish one as of yet. About your other problem, assuming you've chmoded the required directories to 777, it's to do with how PHP is set up on your server. You should have it so when you click on the user their pictures can be viewed
