Hey Guyz,

I have a problem with my internet connection. Internet Explorer can detect that my internet is hooked up (and it is) and i can surf fine and do anything through a web browser. But when a program outside of internet explorer trys to use the connection it claims it can't detect that an internet connection is present (Norton, Spyware Removal Programs, Ect.) I've went through every setting and cannot see anything thing that would be causing this. The weird part is that this all of a sudden just happened. Everything use to work before??? Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
