For a few years ive been repairing my cds with a cd repair kit...polishing off the scratches ....very successful until recently when the problem was on the PRINTED side of the cd....after much thought i gave up in disgust.....until one of those tiny, easily dismissed thoughts came to me.....put a label over the scratch....a few seconds later and bingo!!! works like a dream.
