I recently downloaded the Download Manager from HMV. Now, when I power up the computer, the window appears. How can I stop this happening?

Hi Janet, If you mean the download manager starts when you start your pc, try this........ start button / run / in the dialogue box type msconfig select startup tab / then deselect anything to do with hmv, select apply then restart pc, let us know if that solves it. -------------------- REGARDS
