I appear to have lost a whole folder, the one in which I keep the majority of my documents! Does anyone know how I can attempt to recover it?

I can't remember when I last accessed it, but it will have been fairly recently.

When I click on Track this Topic, I receive the message "You are already subscribed to this forum or topic"

I have added @cyberiapc.com to my safe list, so I'm hoping this will solve the problem.

If it doesn't, don't worry any further, Bob. You've spent enough time on this!
