OK, this is a sign of how much I've been procrastinating. On the 'Edit Profile Information' section of my profile, I'm able input my gender twice (one under my birthday, the other under my country), I've also noticed that they are independent of each other, i.e. changing one will not change the other. I'm just glad to see CyberiaPC is catering for people who wish to be ambiguous with their selected gender.
