Apple sued for Mighty Mouse trademark infringement

And while we're on the issue of Apple's Might Mouse...mice, why didn't it cross their marketing people's minds to just call it something like iSoapBar or iRidiculouslyWeirdLookingAndUnErgonomicExcuseOfAMouse? I think the latter one in particular has a ring to it.
It would probably take me less time to learn how to fly a 767 than to learn how to use the Mighty Mouse. I got one with my Mac and spent a whole 60 seconds trying to use it before my hand had had enough and decided to just go back to the Microsoft Wireless Laser 5000, which is probably the best mouse...in the world.
By the way, this is going to be the new style of writing for front page news; I'll briefly mention the story, then make a very funny rant, then conclude with some satirical statements; we're bound to get more readers this way, particularly those who find no shame in laughing at bad humor.
