hey fellas it's been a while

well i just got my new video card (see title) and when i go to boot up the pc post runs fine and i get my normal, everythings ok beep. but once BIOS is finished and XP starts to load i get the BSOD and it in a nutshell says, "ACPI BIOS not compatible and some other things like go to http://www.harware-update.com (which doesn't work anymore) or hit F7 to disable ACPI.

I cannot find anything on the web about this, everyone seems to be getting error while XP is running - not booting. Anyone experienced this before?

I did try to disable ACPI in my BIOS but that doesnt help at all.

Hi,
I am not 100% about this but did you try disabling ACPI in device manager, expand computers + it shows there.
