I went to MS Paint and resized the canvas to my screen res and filled it all with dark red. Then I pressed Ctrl + F to make it full-screen. I noticed that there was one distinct bright pixel. I noticed this a while ago, but I just decided to take a picture of it to show it to you guys.
Is it really a bright pixel? How can I fix it? I hope it IS possible to fix it. I got this monitor about one year back. The make of it is "mitsuco", very strange name! Please respond, thank you!

Normally it means that it's dead. Can't really fix it yourself.
