I kinda understand the guy's aggrvation because tech support sucks no matter what company you talk to, having said that the dude was a bit too pissed off and he needs to understand sometime comapanies have "procedures" they need to follow!

I use to really hate tech support people until I started working and heard about some of the users and situations my tech support coworkers have to deal with. Now I don't hate them that much.
