My laptop is a Averatec and its pretty decent. It was already prebuilt with XP and Averatec features... SO anyway it crashed on me the other day so i reinstalled XP for it. (MIND YOU THAT I DID NOT HAVE A RECOVERY DISK FOR IT BECAUSE WHEN I HAD BOUGHT IT IT WAS FROM A THIRD PARTY OWNER WHICH DIDNT GIVE ME ONE) After a successful installation, i found out that my built in wireless card wasnt installed onto XP and XP shows no indication of me having wireless capabilities... Can anyone help me with this problem? thumbsup.gif

go to Start => Control Panel => System

then go to the Hardware tab and select Device Manager

if there is something marked with a question mark you need to find the drivers for it
