i just reformatted my pc and added windows 98,

now each time i start my pc the windows help and Hh keeps on pooping out countless time and this crashes my system.

please help as i am in my wits end.

Sorry for the late reply. The first course of actions in such a case is to boot in safe mode and then go to Start, Run, type msconfig, switch to Startup and disable any entries that appear to be loading these windows.
