The DEC PDP-8 was an extremely popular, transistor based, second generation minicomputer released in 1965 priced at a mere $18,500. This first release of the creatively named 'Simplified PDP-8 Simulator' is intended to simulate the PDP-8 by reading in machine code and then processing it.
An introduction to the PDP-8 will be added here at a later date.
Sample files containing simple programs written in machine code are including in the .zip file.
1. You will also need to install the .NET framework, if you don't already have it installed, before running the application. Download dotnetfx.exe (20.8MB)
2. Please extract the .zip file before running the .exe file.
