Just received this e-mail. MS gets worse

Intrepid consultants, an independent research agency, has been commissioned by Microsoft to undertake a customer survey to explore your views on Microsoft's products and services.

As a Microsoft customer this is your opportunity to let Microsoft hear your opinions and provide feedback on services that you might like to see developed in the future. Your responses will help Microsoft to understand your needs and plan more effectively.

Any changes that Microsoft makes will be dependent on the number of responses it receives from this survey and so your contribution really is valuable. We would ask that you complete the entire survey which takes approximately 15-20 minutes. As an appreciation of your time all entries are eligible for a prize draw and one winner will receive a top of the range Dell PC with Intel Pentium 4 processor and 256 MB RAM. To enter the prize draw simply click 'yes' to the question at the end of the survey.

Your name has been selected at random from the Microsoft customer database since you have previously provided your details to Microsoft. The survey is, however, conducted according to the Market Research Society's code of conduct and the Data Protection Act of 1998 and so everyone who takes part will remain anonymous and Microsoft will not know that you have participated in the survey unless you specify otherwise. Please be assured that this is a customer service survey and no selling is involved.
