Putting up video clips and sound bites on the website take up lots of bandwidth, so I thought a good alternative would be to have a forum only accessable by active members where we could view and upload all sorts of funny clips.

Yep!
Clips that are on other servers can still be posted in the General Chat forum. Only those that reside on the CyberiaPC server would be added here. I've got half a dozen that I've wanted to add to the site but was afraid of having to pay for all the extra bandwidth.

What do you need to open that link, when I click on it, it opens media player, then locks pc up
