Sorry about the vague reply,
Well lucky for you regedit is on every computer running Windows since windows 3.1. So, Go to start>run> type "regedit" this will bring you up a nice view of everything in your registry, Click edit on the toolbar than go to find. Type in anything related to the software you want to install ie. name of company, software name, etc. Delete the related entries and than reboot. Just be careful about deleteing stuff because deleteing the wrong thing might make windows not boot up again. You could even google what entries Alcohol 120% puts in the regisry. -------------------- -Mad_cow |

Editing the registry yourself is the quick and dirty way of getting it done.
But if you still just want a registry cleaner here are two I would recommend: Abexo Registry Cleaner http://www.download.com/Abexo-Free-Registr...4-10434886.html or AML Registry Cleaner http://www.amlsoft.com/reg.html AML is a bit more user friendly, and Abexo seems low on resource needs. I wouldn't recommend Eusing Free Registry Cleaner because even though it's free, it will ask you for a code every time it starts up Hope this helps! -------------------- |

You want REAL registry cleaners? I'm a tech, I can pretty much say i do this for a living. The one that i have found to work the best so-far (freeware of course) is none other than "Advanceed Windows Care" You can download this 'computer fixing' application for free at...
www.iobit.com This should fix many problems including registry, startup, and spyware issues in a single click of the mouse. Try it, it works great! Best Regards, Tyreal -------------------- |

Make sure you have gotten rid of Alcohol 120% from your Control Panel\Add Remove Programs list.
Try running the program in safe mode. Start, Run type MSCONFIG click BOOT.INI click on safeboot, and the network box. You'll have to MSCONFIG after your done scanning, to reboot back into normal mode. -------------------- |
