CPU: amd athlon 64 3200+ 754pin
Memory: apacer x2 512mb pc3200 Operating System: windows xp home sp2 my porblems is that my bios needs to be updated BIOS, not sure how to do it i tried it a few times with no luck i have the ami bios files and the msi mainboard drivers on a floppy, my msi board is a K8MM-ILSR Part No: MS-6741-030 and two iam missing extra options in my bios that other people have that i dont, like ram timings and agp settings hears my bios info: ami3.31a AMIBIOS ID String Was Detected: 63-0305-009999-00101111-040201-VIA_K8 Chipset/BIOS Info BIOS Build Date Manufacturer ID BIOS ROM Information AMIBIOS ROM Size: 512 KB BIOS Build Date: Apr 02 2001 Motherboard Manufacturer Code: 9999Not listed in MAN.DAT file AMIBIOS Build Tag: 1XXXX000 i hope someone can help me out thanks!!!!! |

Double check if u have downloaded the correct version of the BIOS files. What did happen when u tried to update the BIOS? Did u download the manual for that BIOS update & have a look at it?
