When your pc is having trouble when starting up,the beeps give you an idea what the problem is

One beep No problem
No beep Power Supply, Processor or Motherboard
Constant beep  Power Supply
1,2,3 short beeps Memory failures
4 short beeps Timer failure
5 short beeps CPU failure
6 short beeps Keyboard failure
8 short beeps  Video Card failure
9 short beeps ROM Chip failure
