The 4, r, t, f, g, v, and b keys don't work. What can I do?

Have it repaired! If it's still under warranty & it is NOT damaged because of misuse , they will fix it for free.

Is numlock on? That happened to me once and had me wondering why my keyboard was messed up.

This computer is OLD - I just got it off ebay - my son pounded (gently) on it for a few minutes, and the keys seem to be working just fine now - do keyboards get stuck like that? We also restarted the computer, adn checked to see if numlock was on. (it was)
