Does anyone use static wrist bands or mats when dealing with hardware? I take care to touch the power supply before anything else. Just wondering what you guys do. Never had a problem with it but I know one day it's going to kick me in the ass.... anyone killed hardware because of it?

ive not had any problems with static before. Im always careful to touch a piece of metal, ie desk leg, door knob to make sure there is nothing in me.
i use a wooden table to just to be on the safe side. |
