A few years ago i bought a 3-volume Visual C++ 4.0 book & read volume one of 3 but for some reasons i could not go on with 2 others & delayed my job to now.

My question: Am i going to find instructions on these books opposite to the concepts of current version of Visual C++ ?

Thanks crazy.gif

I don't think the concepts will be all that different, but since Microsoft have since released Visual C++ 5, 6 and .NET, the IDE might not be the same and some of the options provided in the environment might be in different places.

I've only used version 6, so that's all I can really say about it original.gif

Good luck!
