can any one help me with this im selling an old computer and i want to make sure my banking and other passwords wont become compromised.

Buy a cheap new hard drive and smash the old one up with a hammer, that is what I did.

get Eraser or Kill disk or search Download.com for "erase hard disk" & use any of them. never used them before but i know these are industry standard tools. that's the way to go.
