CacheSort is a nifty little tool that will go through your IE cache and move files with particular extensions to some destination folder. You can modify its configuration file to tell it which files to look for. If you visit YouTube or one of its clones then it can be really handy.

The underscore symbol is part of the name that goes in aboutconfig
Browser.cache.disk.parent_directory
without it it will not work
If that doesnt do it, try renaming your directory name in firefox and on your disk without any underscores - firefoxtemp
