I have a laptop and a desktop but without a monitor (or not enough room
to use the monitor), how do I access the desktop through the laptop? Thanks |

The only way I can think of to access the desktop through the laptop is to set up a small LAN network.

At first I thought that it would be easy: Just hook up the laptop's monitor to the desktop and voila!
The problem is that I don't know of a way to hook up the desktop's PSU connector to the laptop in order to run it off of the desktop's hard disk. A docking station for your laptop might come in helpful. -------------------- ![]() ![]() Things that I don't suck at: Photography (flickr, JPG Mag), "Don't bail; the best gold is at the bottom of barrels of crap!" -Randy Pausch I have people-skills goddamnit!
