Batch Image Upload Failing

It was suggested to make sure the size px and kb was set correctly. I did that--set to 4000x4000px and to except up to 8MB files (mine average 3.5mb).

Then it was suggested to ensure the uploads directory was correctly specified. As far as I know, mine is.

Then it was stated to locate the php.ini file in etc/ in the root directory. I have a etc folder but no php.ini so I'm assuming my host will have to edit the file for me.

My folders are also chmodded correctly as the instructions show.

But I may have overlooked something.

Lastly, I tested a 276k file to see if it was just the big files that caused the issues. I got the same error with the smaller file.

I'll note a mod or admin my FTP info for that account if they're up for checking into it. I really would like my gallery to work.

Only medium images are showing

Hi,

I have installed the Zenith Gallery on my machine but am encoutering an issue with the display of the small and original size images.

I had a look around this forum but although I followed some of the advices found, this has not resolved the issue

First of all, I had this error when I installed the script - "Creating subdirectories based on your map of categories... Error or directories already exist. Make sure that uploads is chmoded to 777 and that your server path is correct on the previous page."

I then created myself the directory and sub-directories based on my categories. I then tried different server paths from the admin CP but I still cannot see the small and original images. I am referring to the topics 10962, 10418 and 10213

As of now, the paths I am using are:
Uploads directory path > http://www.lalydesign.co.uk/uploads/
Uploads directory server path > uploads/

This is the index page of the gallery : http://www.lalydesign.co.uk/artistic-move/index.php

Note that I can see fin the thumbnails and that the zenith gallery is inside a folder on my server called 'artistic-move'

I really hope you can help out here

Thanks

P

Hi,
Just wondering if there was a way to make the urls more search engine friendly.
So instead of http://yourdomain.com/display.php?t=bycat&...upto=24&p=1 it would be http://yourdomain.com/display/'catagor...9;pageone'/
And http://yourdomain.com/pic_details.php?pid=3099 to something like http://yourdomain.com/picture/'imagename'/

Thanks
Steve
